Annie's Fish Tacos

This recipe was inspired by a local Fish House. It turned out really good at home! You can really make this your own according to what toppings you like. Jalepeno peppers, red onion, cilantro, etc...

Annie's Fish Tacos

4 Cod Filets

Taco Seasoning

Flour Tortillas Taco size

2 limes

Angel Hair Cole Slaw (or cut your own cabbage)

1 tomato, sliced & diced

Shredded Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheeses

Cilantro

Preheat over to 375 degrees.
In a baking dish cook cod filets about 13-20 min. or until flaky with a fork.
Sprinkle taco seasoning on filets and gently shred into large chunks.
Lightly toss to coat the fish in seasoning
Fill tortilla with fish, squeeze fresh lime juice over the fish.
Add slaw, tomatoes and cheese.
Sprinkle with cilantro
This is great with tater tots, macaroni & cheese or salsa and tortilla chips
